Request denied! Lily Collins loves fashion for the second season of Emily in Paris so much that she asks for a few pieces to add to her wardrobe. Unfortunately, eating surreptitiously is not an option.

"I haven't left anything this season," she told Vogue Australia in an interview on Tuesday, Nov. 23. "Believe me, I've already asked."

While there are plenty of flashes and a small Prada purse, "very fun and sweet", she also sees some "epic dresses" in the final episodes.

In addition, let all dress up fancy after a nice change in the rhythm of sweatpants every year. "Emily's bright, bold, funny and light-hearted humor in her wardrobe enhances her personality, especially in Covid where comfort is everything," she told The Media. "Not everything feels super comfortable after Covid, but it's great to be able to enjoy fashion again in a higher way."

Collins told Elle earlier this month that the second season also places a heavy emphasis on retro pieces.

"One of the ways we filmed the second season was when we nurtured the year there," she said. "We reused some key items in a very interesting way to remind you that she is a young woman who loves certain clothes and can't go out and spend money all the time."

Still, she wears designer pieces from brands such as Alice + Olivia, Veronica Beard and Mac Jacobs. "Emily makes money, but I also think we have to play with clothes in a way that you just have to believe it's fashionable and performative and fun," she added.

Fashion designer Patricia Fields brings together the show's stunning looks, and she has also worked on the original designs for Sex and the City. Her mission is to pass through it all? Create "Simple Expression of Happiness Through Fashion".

In the letter of the day to make me, the field detailed that she really wanted to slim into the fact that Collins was beaten a Midwestern girl in Paris.

Fields wrote: "Emily was an optimist and she was thrilled to be an American in Paris. "So it makes sense for me to put on a blouse printed with the Eiffel Tower, carry a Mona Lisa bag or wear a beret."

She continues: "Her style is deliberately clichéd, but also cheerful and whimsical, allowing her to fully express her passion for being there. ”

Emily's second season in Paris will be released on Netflix on December 22.
