Once upon a time, due to historical reasons, Gutian Town used to be powered by local small hydropower enterprises, with dense cobwebs, insufficient capacity, and aging lines... Weak power grids have become a bottleneck restricting local development. Gutian is the red living room in western Fujian, power security is an extremely important link, and the transformation of rural networks is imminent.
In the face of severe challenges, the Communist Party Member Service Team of Longyan Power Supply Company is duty-bound to undertake this glorious task. Since then, Gutian has undergone many power grid upgrades and construction of smart power protection systems. In 2014, the Communist Party Member Service Team of Longyan Power Supply Company was officially named the State Grid Fujian Electric Power Iron Army (Gutian Light) Communist Party Member Service Team, which became the practice carrier of the "double satisfaction" project of electric power passed on from generation to generation in the spirit of the Gutian Conference.
The electric power pioneer is not simply a name, but also a responsibility. Over the years, Longyan Power Supply Company has taken the initiative to provide services in the front, accelerate the construction of a strong smart grid, drive the common development of upstream and downstream industries, provide high-quality and efficient power services for the people, and effectively enhance people's sense of gain and happiness. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Longyan Power Supply Company added 15 new substations with voltage levels of 110 kV and above, and 4 counties (cities, districts) achieved power supply of 2 or more 220 kV substations, and the grid structure of "one core, multiple rings in the area" in Longyan area was more perfect.

Under direct sunlight, the surface temperature of the soil erosion area can reach more than 70 degrees Celsius, and the mountain here was once called "Flame Mountain".
"In the past, there was no ecology here, who would have thought that now they can make money from ecology?" Placed 10 years ago, "Iron Man with Broken Arm" Lan Linjin did not even dare to think, he could taste the sweetness from the green water and green mountains, and the oil tea on the Hongqi Ridge in Daifang Village, Sanzhou, which he contracted, was full of green onions and tea seeds.
In the early years, Lan Linjin, who retired from the army, had his arms amputated high and blind in his left eye due to an accident, and became a first-degree disabled person. "Others can get rich by governing barren mountains, and so can I!" Not succumbing to fate, Lan Linjin contracted 2,270 acres of Red Ridge Barren Mountain in Hongqiling and planted oil tea.
However, due to insufficient water, almost all of the 80,000 camellia oleifera saplings that had just been planted withered away. Lanlingin installed more than 1,000 sprinklers in the mountain forest, but the wires connected from home to the mountain could not drive the pumping machine at all. Just when he was at a loss, Longyan Power Supply Company quickly installed a 100 kVA transformer for free in the mountain field he contracted, and sent "timely rain" to his heart.
With the escort of the electric power people, this oil tea forest is nourished by the clear spring and is full of vitality. Over the years, Lanlingjin has continuously expanded the planting of fruit trees such as bayberry, pineapple, navel orange, etc., and also raised chickens and ducks, and the Red Flag Ridge has become more and more lively, becoming a veritable "flower and fruit mountain".
Nowadays, as soon as he has free time, Lan Linjin likes to climb up the mountain and turn around and take a look. In his eyes, these oil tea trees are the children who are to be cared for, and this mountain field is the cause he has struggled for all his life. Turning and staring, Lan Linjin's simple face was quietly full of smiles.
In Lan Linjin's smile, the trajectory of Longyan Power Supply Company's struggle to serve the control of soil erosion is reflected.
Chai rice oil salt sauce vinegar tea, the first place is a "chai" word. If the problem of burning firewood by the masses is not solved, the control of soil erosion will always be an empty phrase.
"With the electricity, the villagers will naturally not go up the mountain to cut wood and cook rice." Longyan Power Supply Company took the initiative to integrate and dock as a whole, accelerate the construction of the power grid, further promote the "electricity of every household", actively ensure the landing of the "electricity instead of combustion" project, and solve the problem of farmers burning firewood and destroying vegetation from the source. At the same time, we will promote a new round of rural network transformation and upgrading projects, serve the changting industrial policy, solve the problem of surplus labor in rural areas, and reduce the damage of farmers to nature due to agricultural production and other factors.

Overlooking the silver line crossing in Yongfu Town, Zhangping City, the tea gardens are like green fingerprints printed on the mountain. In Yongfu, tea is the material foundation for Tainong to take root in the mainland, and it is also the spiritual sustenance of Tainong's heart for the motherland. Li Zhihong, a Taiwanese tea farmer, returned to this place in 2004 that haunted his father's dreams after a journey to find his roots, with infinite attachment to his hometown of Yongfu, to open a tea garden and grow alpine tea.
"Alpine tea production adopts factory, specialization, high-tech fine processing, which is based on sufficient and reliable electricity." Li Zhihong said that especially in the tea-making season, a batch of tea processing cycle is 36 hours, and a quarter must be processed uninterrupted for more than 20 days, which must be done in one go, and once the power outage or voltage instability is completed.
Yongfu Town is located in the depths of the mountains, the power supply base is weak at the end of the 1990s, with the large amount of tea-making equipment and centralized operation, the demand for electricity has increased sharply, the capacity of the distribution transformer is not enough, affecting the tea processing, tea farmers complain a lot.
In order to completely change the power dilemma, Longyan Power Supply Company has given priority to arranging funds to continuously increase the capacity of the park and provide nanny-style electricity tracking services for the majority of Taiwan businessmen.
Sun Yiyu, general manager of Taipin Tea Garden in the entrepreneurship park, felt the most deeply. He came to Yongfu in 1997 to start a business, and has been rooted here for 24 years, witnessing the earth-shaking development and change of electric power. "Here, every Taiwan-funded enterprise has a power supply station employee who is linked to provide services 24 hours a day. As long as there are any difficulties and problems in the use of electricity, you can find them at the first time to solve. ”
The years are like shuttles, and the bucket turns to the stars. Li Zhihong has developed a green ecological base of 2,500 mu of alpine oolong tea, and built the largest modern tea factory of alpine oolong tea on both sides of the strait and in line with food hygiene.
So far, the park has settled 76 Taiwan-funded enterprises, including 48 alpine tea enterprises, with an annual output of more than 1,600 tons of tea, an output value of 720 million yuan, and more than 600 permanent residents of Taiwanese farmers. They are intensively cultivating the tea industry on this land, and they are also seriously managing their family relationship with the motherland.
The aroma of tea wafts on both sides of the strait, and my heart is at peace with my hometown. Li Zhihong said that it is precisely because of the government's good policies and the continuous improvement of electric power enterprises that hundreds of Tain farmers have sufficient confidence in developing on the mainland.
