From November 24 to 25, Liu Yun, director of the Party History and Literature Research Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, went to Jiaxing to preach the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Liu Yun pointed out that the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was a landmark meeting held at an important historical juncture. The "Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Struggle in the Past Century" deliberated and adopted by the plenary session is a Marxist programmatic document, a political declaration for Chinese communists in the new era to keep firmly in mind their original mission and mission, uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, and an action guide for taking history as a mirror to create the future and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Liu Yun stressed: Studying, propagating, and implementing the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session is an important political task at present and for some time to come; party history and literature departments should base themselves on their work duties, study them thoroughly, understand them deeply, and integrate them closely; they should study the original texts, with feelings, and with understanding, accurately grasp the ideological connotation and core essence of the spirit of the plenary session, profoundly study and comprehend the "two establishments," and unswervingly achieve the "two safeguards." In the propaganda activities, we should highlight the taste of Zhejiang, the taste of red boats, and the flavor of party history, and strive to be the vanguard of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session; we should strengthen the study of senior administration, focus on the propaganda and interpretation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session, and serve the 20th National Congress of the Party, the 15th Provincial Party Congress, the 20th Anniversary of the Implementation of the "Eighty-Eight Strategy," and other major tasks, so as to form a strong atmosphere of studying party history, publicizing party history, and studying party history, and further display the professional advantages and responsibilities of party history and documentation departments.

During the period, Liu Yun gave special lectures at the Nanhu Revolution Memorial Hall and the Pinghu City History Research Office, and also went to Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, Zhulin Village, Xinfeng Town, Nanhu District, Pinghu City Hall of Fame, Li Shutong Memorial Hall, Comrade Mao Zedong Xincang Experience Instruction Exhibition Hall, and other places to investigate. Liu Songjie, deputy secretary general of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and director of the Party History Research Office of the Municipal Party Committee, and relevant responsible persons of the Nanhu District Party Committee and the Pinghu Municipal Party Committee participated in the research or discussion.
