At about 5:40 a.m. on November 29, 110 received a police report that a man was found when he entered a residential area on Shenfeng Road in Longgang District and was waiting for an opportunity to steal, coercing the owner to flee by car. The police immediately rushed to the scene to deal with it, stopped the vehicle, and quickly controlled the suspect Yin Moumou (male, 32 years old), and the coerced personnel had left the scene safely.
