At about 5:40 a.m. on November 29, 110 received a police report that a man was found when he entered a residential area on Shenfeng Road in Longgang District and was waiting for an opportunity to steal, coercing the owner to flee by car. The police immediately rushed to the scene to deal with it, stopped the vehicle, and quickly controlled the suspect Yin Moumou (male, 32 years old), and the coerced personnel had left the scene safely.
At present, the case is under further investigation.
According to previously circulated videos, at the intersection where the incident occurred, the police have imposed traffic controls, with vehicles stranded, in a large truck, and snipers with guns on standby.
A local driver told reporters that at about 7:30 a.m., when he drove to the intersection, there was a large number of policemen, and he could only turn around if the vehicle was not allowed to pass. He saw a sniper crawling on the roof of a van. He is not clear about what the cases are.
