1, must be done "first ventilation, then testing, after operation", the operation process must continue to carry out flammable gases, oxygen content, other toxic and harmful gas detection, it is strictly forbidden to operate without ventilation, testing, isolation or the above unqualified operation.
2. Personal anti-poisoning and suffocation protection equipment must be worn.
Second, the scene of high-altitude operation
1. Anti-fall measures must be used as required.
2. If the operating facilities are not anti-slip and unstable, it is strictly forbidden to climb up.
Third, temporary electricity use scenarios
1. The installation, maintenance and disassembly of the 220V and 380V three-phase four-wire temporary power lines directly grounded at the neutral point of the power supply must be carried out by electricians with corresponding qualifications;
2. Each electrical device must have its own special switch box, and must meet the requirements of "one machine, one box, one gate, one leak".
Fourth, the scene of soil breaking operation
1. If the excavated soil is not solid soil or the depth is more than 1.5 meters, the foundation pit and groove operation must be continuously supported by strong and effective support;
2. Manual digging operations without implementing protective measures are strictly prohibited.
Fifth, the fire operation scene
1. It is strictly forbidden to carry out fire operation without detection or unqualified gas concentration at the site.
2. It is strictly forbidden to operate without using explosion-proof tools or without taking explosion-proof measures.
Sixth, hoisting operation scene
When there is someone under the hook or hanging object of the lifting arm, when there is someone or floating object on the crane, or when it is too close to the high-voltage line, it is strictly forbidden to carry out lifting operations.
7. Indoor operation scene
Illegal release in the interior is strictly prohibited.
Eighth, before the start of the station operation and after the completion of the plant station operators must check the opening and closing status of each valve, confirm that there is no error before continuing to operate.
9. Restore the gas supply operation scene
1. Pressure holding must be carried out before gas supply or before resumption of gas supply;
2. Without the approval of the main person in charge or the leader in charge of the unit, it is forbidden to restore indoor gas supply from 10 pm to 6 am the next day.
