On November 25th, Yu Zhonglin, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, met with You Yanhua, general manager of Hebei Denghai Huacheng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Bin, general manager of Xiongben Agricultural Co., Ltd., and conducted in-depth docking and negotiation on the breeding base project and the tomato valley project. At the meeting, You Yanhua, general manager of Hebei Denghai Huacheng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., learned in detail about Lulong's resource endowments and characteristic advantages, and introduced the cooperation intention of investing in the construction of corn, vegetables, flowers and other breeding base projects. Deputy County Governor Chen Feng introduced the characteristic resources such as mineral water, walnuts, sweet potatoes, and wine grapes in our county. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on cooperation models and element guarantees.

Li Bin, general manager of Xiongben Agricultural Co., Ltd., introduced the progress of the Tomato Valley project and elaborated on the next step of the project. Yu Zhonglin pointed out that the Lulong County Party Committee and the county government have always adhered to the concept of openness, cooperation and win-win results, and attached great importance to the construction of investment promotion projects. After the change of term this year, a high-level county-wide economic development conference was held for the first time, the 100-day offensive action of investment promotion project construction was carried out, the "100 merchants entered Lulong" activity was promoted, the project ledger in five major areas was established and dispatched weekly, the atmosphere of grasping development was stronger, and the quality and efficiency of project construction were further improved. A "two-way commitment" mechanism for new projects has been established, the whole life cycle service model of project construction has been implemented, inefficient idle land has been vigorously cleaned up, and the inspection and publicity system for entering enterprises has been implemented, and the business environment has been further optimized. The county party committee and the county government will provide the highest quality and most convenient services for the project construction, further strengthen the guarantee of land, finance, approval and other elements, and promote the development of cooperation between the two sides in multiple fields and at a high level.
