Some understanding of the new Work Safety Law
The new Work Safety Law came into force on 1 September 2021.
Background to the revision of the new Work Safety Law. The first is to build a harmonious society and meet the growing needs of the people for a better life. Safe production is related to thousands of households and to the harmony and stability of society. The second is the need for the transformation of the economy and society from high-speed development to high-quality development. Development cannot come at the expense of human lives. The main content of the revision of the new Work Safety Law.
First, establish a responsibility system for safe production of all employees. Safe production is no longer a matter for the safety production management department, and the main person in charge of the enterprise has double responsibility.
Second, build a dual prevention system. Promote the advance of the threshold of safe production work and control safety risks from the source.
Third, implement the "three pipes and three musts". The pipe industry must manage safety, the management business must manage safety, and the pipe production must manage safety.
Fourth, the enterprise safety production management agency must be set up as an independent department.
V. Comprehensively increase the severity of penalties for violations of the law, and criminal responsibility will be pursued for violations of the law.

As far as building construction enterprises are concerned, not having safety accidents is fundamental and the goal.
Forcing construction enterprises to fully implement the main responsibility for safe production and the responsibility system for safe production of all employees, and to build a dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical control of safety risks and investigation and management of hidden dangers, the new safety law puts forward higher, more specific, stricter and clearer legal requirements for safe production; clarifies greater fines and even pursues criminal responsibility; so that there is a law to follow, violations of the law must be investigated, and lifelong accountability, so that the environment for ensuring safe production has been formed.
The "one post, two responsibilities" proposed in the new "Work Safety Law" is by no means an empty phrase, and we must not feel that we are hanging high without concern, nor do we feel that we are lucky. If we cannot implement the main responsibility of safe production, do not know our own post safety production responsibilities, and do not really perform our duties, once a safety production accident occurs, no one can escape the legal responsibility that they should bear.
All of us, especially the managers who are fighting in the front-line construction site, must seriously and proactively study and understand the new version of the "Safety Production Law" and the instructions and requirements of emergency management and housing departments at all levels, carefully identify various risk sources and hidden danger points at the accident site, and actively take effective prevention and control measures. It is necessary to understand the law and understand the law, understand the "Safety Production Law", know their own job responsibilities, and take the initiative to assume their own post safety responsibilities, cooperate with each other, and truly know what they are doing.
