The director of the National Team Construction Committee is Yao Ming, chairman of the Chinese Basketball Association, and Wang Fang, the former national player of women's basketball and former women's basketball, serves as the executive director. Hu Xuefeng, a former national player of the men's basketball team, served as the assistant director of the committee, and relevant experts served as core members of the team.
