After receiving the report that 19 residents of Yida Garden Jingyuan reported that cracks appeared on the outside of the house, our unit promptly organized the participating units to investigate the site, and the scene initially determined that the main reason for the crack was the sinking of the backfill soil of the house foundation caused by the vibration of the broken pile foundation during the construction of the drainage box culvert on the west side of the house. In order to ensure the safety of the house, on the one hand, our unit ordered the construction of the box culvert to stop quickly and backfill the trench in time, and secondly entrusted a third-party monitoring agency to sink and displace the main body of the house, the west retaining wall and the wall, the observation frequency is 2 times a day, and at the same time, the design unit is arranged to quickly come up with an emergency treatment plan, and the plan is reported to the experts for timely implementation after demonstration.
On November 2, our unit invited provincial and municipal experts specializing in structure, geotechnical and other professions to review the emergency disposal plan and came up with specific emergency disposal opinions. Combined with the on-site monitoring data in recent days, the expert group believes that the building structure of the house is safe as of now. At the same time, according to the expert group's handling opinions, the following work has been completed at the site: 1, completed the backfilling and counter-pressure of the retaining wall on the west side; 2, arranged the monitoring agency to increase the frequency of monitoring; 3, the ground on the west side of the house is covered with colored strips of cloth to prevent rainwater from flooding; 4, a special person is arranged to collect household information, and timely verify and report the cracks and abnormal noises of the house.
At present, our unit has arranged qualified geotechnical engineering design units to quickly come up with the next disposal plan according to the results of real-time monitoring to ensure the personal safety of residents.
