"Shangqiu Experimental Primary School picks up students at the north gate, and the residents living in the Evergrande Colorful City community were originally very close, but when picking up the children, they need to go south until Huashang Avenue and then turn back, and they have to walk more than two kilometers." Residents of the Yangxuefu Community and the Second High School Family Home in Country Garden City also have such problems. Mr. Hou said that if the green belt at the intersection of Zhang Patrol Road and Shenhuo Avenue is demolished, it will be convenient for the public to pass.

"Not far to the north of Zhang Patrol Road, to the west of Shenhuo Avenue there is a broken road called 'Vulcan Road.'" Mr. Hou said that in the past, at the intersection of Vulcan Road and Shenhuo Avenue, a row of piles was installed to block the passage of cars, which could only accommodate bicycles and pedestrians. "Because many cars hit the pile, the pile is basically missing, and there are many cars passing through this intersection every day, especially during the rush hour of picking up children and commuting to work, often blocking traffic."

Mr. Hou told reporters that due to the damage to the ground pile at the intersection of Vulcan Road and Shenhuo Avenue, many people chose to walk through Shenhuo Avenue at the place in order not to detour. As a result, not only is congestion often caused during peak hours, but there are also traffic safety hazards. "There are no traffic lights, and the cars passing on Shenhuo Avenue are many and fast, and traffic accidents often occur."

After receiving Mr. Hou's request for help, the reporter came to the intersection of Shenhuo Avenue and Zhang Patrol Road, and saw that there were many vehicles passing by on Zhang Patrol Road. The reporter learned from the Traffic and Municipal Planning Section of the Shangqiu Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau that the intersection of Zhang patrol road and Shenhuo Avenue is an intersection in planning.

He said that there are two schemes for the planning department at the intersection of Zhang patrol road and Shenhuo Avenue, but if it is to be implemented, it involves multiple departments and requires multi-party communication.

"I went to the scene to understand the situation, and the green belt in the middle of Shenhuo Avenue involves multiple departments such as gardens, transportation, planning, and urban management." Hu Xingjian said that Shenhuo Avenue is designed as an urban expressway, so there are as few intersections as possible to ensure traffic safety, and many intersections are adopted in the "right in, right out" traffic mode. "I have already thought of a way in the early stage, and the next step will be to report to the leaders and communicate with the departments of gardening, transportation, planning and other departments in order to remove the green belt in the middle of the road and make Zhang Patrol Road run through here."
