Football's Top Ten Offensive Tridents: BBC Brush Trophy MSN Brush Goals An ancient god dominates the two major kills

author:Transfers talk every day

This week, Messi's shocking free move to Paris Saint-Germain created a lot of positive and negative topics. One of them is the mouth-watering prospect of Messi forming an incredible trident with Neymar and Mbappe. These three attackers have the ability to kill everyone in the 2021-2022 season, and at least on paper, they are the most exciting attacking combination on the planet. So, what other legendary attacking tridents have impressed people in the history of football? (Note: Some stars cannot find suitable pictures because they are far away from this generation, so there will be some errors, please forgive me.) )

Fonto Di Stefano Puskas (Real Madrid)

Real Madrid in the 1950s and early 1960s was the first giant team in the history of European football, establishing itself with five consecutive Champions League wins. Di Stefano was the genius of this great team, Puskas dominated football with his golden left foot, and Hento was the fastest man with his legs at the time. The greatest moment they experienced together was the 1960 Champions League final, when Di Stefano scored a hat-trick and Puskas scored a four-dollar goal to help Real Madrid beat Eintracht Frankfurt 7-3.

MSN (Barcelona)

From 2014 to 2017, Barcelona's attacking trident — Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar — also known as the "MSN" — was almost unstoppable. They offer a lethal combination of technique, speed and shooting ability. They were key figures in the club's treble winning in their first combined season, with they twice scored more than 100 goals in a single season. In addition, they are best friends off and off the field, often visiting each other's homes.

BBC (Real Madrid)

While MSN tore up the defence for Barcelona, Bale, Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo – the BBC – did the same for Real Madrid. Together, the trio won three historic Champions League titles and each of them scored memorable goals. With Ronaldo joining Juventus in 2018, the brilliant duo finally broke up after five years of fighting together.

Rivilino-Bailey-Jairzinho (Brazil)

Pele has formed three legendary trident combinations during his career. At Santos, he was unstoppable alongside Pepe and Coutinho and won the 1958 and 1962 World Cups with Garrincha and Vawa. But perhaps the best offensive line-up in the history of international football came at the 1970 World Cup, when a talented Brazilian team beat everyone on the road to glory. While it wasn't a strictly trident – Tostang was also an integral part of the attacking end at the time – Rivilino and Jairzinho were on opposite sides, with Pele causing the biggest damage in the middle.

3R Combo (Brazil)

At the 2002 World Cup, Brazil saw another incredible Brazilian trident, with the Samba Team seemingly desperate to participate in this World Cup, but ultimately won the championship. Much of the credit goes to Ronaldinho, Rivaldo and Ronaldo on the offensive end. They scored a total of 15 goals in matches between Japan and South Korea. They also provided 4 assists like England, Turkey and Germany, who were defeated in the final, all taking them out of their way.

Trinity (Manchester United)

George Best, Bobby Charlton and Dennis Law's "Holy Trinity", while not strictly a trident, has sent England and Europe defences into a panic for more than a decade. Best is the greatest dribbling master in the group, Law is an elite goalscorer and Charlton is probably England's best attacking midfielder ever. In 1968, United beat Benfica 4-1 in extra time at Wembley, eventually becoming England's first team to win the European Cup.

Kochis-Hidkuti-Puskas (Hungary)

Like the Dutch in 1974 and Brazil in 1982, the Hungarian "Golden Generation" of 1954 was the greatest team to have ever won a World Cup. Kochis, Hidkuti and Puskas were three attacking players who remained unbeaten for most of the nearly four years before the 1954 World Cup final, and they became famous in one fell swoop. They beat England 6-3 at Wembley and bloodied the Three Lions 7-1 at home, but suffered a shocking and controversial defeat to West Germany in the World Cup final in Bern.

Mane Firmino Salah (Liverpool)

Mane, Firmino and Salah were a devastating attacking combination in three years, during which Liverpool reached the Champions League final twice and then easily won their first league title in 30 years. Mane provided the technique, Firmino provided the strategy, Salah provided the speed, and they broke various scoring records under Klopp's leadership. They are also a modern attacking combination, as they press violently from the front and try to get the ball back.

Magic Trio (Juventus)

In the late 1950s and early 1960s, the magical trio of Giampiero Boniperti, John Charles, and Omar Sivori brought Juventus back to its glory days of the 1930s. Charles, a Welshman, has been named the most important figure in Serie A history, even surpassing Diego Maradona and Platini. He is a great striker and can also play as a centre-back. Meanwhile, Sivori was a moody genius who won the Ballon d'Or in 1961. Together they won three league titles in four seasons and came close to winning the Champions League.

Rensenberg-Cruyff-Lepp (Netherlands)

In 1974 the Dutch team coined the term "total football" in the football dictionary because they effortlessly changed positions and revolutionized the game. There is no doubt that the genius John Cruyff is the soul of this team, but the Dutch legend has played quite strong in combination with Rob Rensenbrink and Johnny Rep. They scored eight goals in the final and unfortunately lost 1-2 to West Germany.
