At the event site, Huang Bo, Jia Ling and Zhu Yilong were united for the first time and greeted everyone in Wuhan dialect. Zhu Yilong, as an authentic Wuhan native, also carried out Wuhan dialect teaching to Huang Bojialing on the spot. Huang Bo also revealed that it takes a lot of effort to prepare the dialect, because he does not want to let the audience play because of the accent problem. He described speaking Wuhan as much like singing, "Singing in the shed for days. "Jia Ling found a classmate and taught her Wuhan dialect one by one." I am a native of Xiangyang, in fact, Xiangyang dialect is very similar to Henan dialect. But I went to school in Wuhan since I was a child, and I listened to Wuhan dialect since I was a child. ”
In the film, Huang Bo plays the courier, Jia Ling plays the takeaway delivery man, and Zhu Yilong plays the piano teacher. When director Xue Xiaolu wrote the script to conceive the characters, he thought of the two actors Jia Ling and Zhu Yilong, who were themselves Hubei actors and had a natural sense of closeness to the region. "I am especially willing to shoot Jia Ling and Zhu Yilong's scenes, because there are many romantic, warm and ambiguous scenes." Xue Xiaolu said.
