author:Barley Tea YU

Zhu Youxiao, the fifteenth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, the eldest son of Zhu Changluo, died in 1620 with his grandfather and father, and in 1621 changed his name to "Apocalypse".

At the beginning of Emperor Mingxi's reign, Emperor Zhu of Mingxi created his nursing mother Keshi "Lady Fengsheng", and Keshi and Wei Zhongxian were in cahoots, and the two conspired to kill the grand eunuch Wang An, and Wei Zhongxian became the most powerful eunuch in the palace. Politically, Zhu Yu ordered the Donglin Party to take charge of the cabinet, the Metropolitan Inspection Yuan, and the six ministries, and the bureaucratic system was slightly clear.

In the first year of the Apocalypse (1621), Nurhaci led an army to capture Shenyang, and the Ming army was defeated, and then attacked Liaoyang. In the second year of the Apocalypse (1622), the Later Jin army captured Xiping Fort, and the Ming army was defeated. In the third year of the Apocalypse (1623), Wei Zhongxian took charge of the Dongchang and used the power of the castration party to balance the flourishing Donglin Party. During the period when the Ming Dynasty was in internal and external troubles, Zhu Youxiao, the emperor, actually did not do the right thing and did carpentry work. After Jin Nurhaci stepped forward, Wei Zhongxian was in power at the imperial court. In the fourth year of the Apocalypse (1624), Wei Zhongxian's power was further expanded, and he was honored as "Nine Thousand Years Old", and the Ke clan plagued the harem, and the empress was aborted. The rampant castration party also deepened the exploitation of the landlord class, making the people unhappy and the politics extremely dark. In the fifth year of the Apocalypse (1625), the Later Jin army captured Lushun. The castration of the party was chaotic, the ministers of the DPRK and the Central Government were executed, and those who returned to their hometowns were returned to their hometowns. In the sixth year of the Apocalypse (1626), Nurhaci led the Later Jin army to attack Ningyuan, and Yuan Chonghuan and others were not afraid of danger, and defeated Nurhaci, known in history as "Ningyuan Great Victory". In the same year, the imperial city was plagued by disasters, and Zhu Youxue had to issue an edict to himself and grant amnesty to the world.

In the sixth year of the Apocalypse (1626), a great flood broke out in The Capital Division, and drought and locust plagues occurred in Jiangbei and Shandong. In the autumn of that year, there was another flood in the north of the river, and a locust plague occurred in Henan. In the north and south of the great river, the people are not happy; inside and outside the imperial court, there are many dangers.

In the seventh year of the Apocalypse (1627), Zhu Youxiao fell ill due to falling into the water, fell ill, and finally died in the Qianqing Palace of the Forbidden City.
