November 22 is The Publicity Day of Zhejiang Province. On the afternoon of the 22nd, hangzhou Lin'an District Seeing Righteous Courage Reward Foundation and Lin'an District Public Security Branch Bureau jointly carried out a concentrated publicity activity for seeing righteous courage in the whole district in Wanhua Square.

It is understood that Lin'an District commended and rewarded 7 cases of 10 people for their acts this year, and awarded Li Yanting, Huang Jianfeng, Xu Zhiliang and 10 others the title of "Lin'an District Seeing Righteous Courage as An Activist", and awarded the Red Cross Beidou Emergency Rescue Team and the Wolf Xing Public Welfare Emergency Rescue Team the title of "Seeing Righteous Courage as an Advanced Collective".
Among them, Ying Zhonghua and Hu Rihui were also awarded the title of "Hangzhou Seeing Righteous Courage as Activists" by the Municipal Volunteer Courage Foundation. At the scene of the event, the organizers publicized to the masses this year that the deeds of righteousness and courage in our district were publicized to the masses.

According to reports, since 2005, the whole district has commended and rewarded 138 activists. In order to further do a good job in ensuring the livelihood of the people who see the righteous and the brave, the Foundation carries out visits and condolences to the needy households every year, strives for medical protection for the personnel, etc., and solves the worries of the righteous for the righteous.
