The reporter learned from the Hainan Meteorological Observatory this morning that from November 12 to 18 last week, the whole island was dominated by cloudy weather, and there were small showers locally. It is expected that in the coming week (November 20 to 26), the whole island will be cloudy in the early stage, and the cold air will be affected by the middle and late stages, and there will be a cooling and rainy weather process, and the minimum temperature will be 12 to 15 °C in the central mountains, and 16 to 19 °C in the rest of the area.
On land
From the 20th to the 21st, the whole island is dominated by cloudy weather, and the western and northern inland and central mountainous areas are foggy in the morning and at night. The maximum temperature is 26 to 29 °C in the northern, central and eastern regions, 28 to 31 °C in the western and southern regions, and the lowest temperature is 19 to 21 °C in the central mountains and 22 to 24 °C in the rest of the region.
From the 22nd to the 23rd, due to the influence of cold air, there was light rain on cloudy days throughout the island and moderate rain in some areas. The maximum temperature in the area north of Wuzhishan drops to 17 to 21 °C, and the area south of Wuzhi Mountain is 22 to 24 °C; the minimum temperature is 12 to 15 °C in the central mountainous area, and the rest of the area is 16 to 19 °C.
From the 24th to the 26th, the whole island was cloudy and sunny, and the temperature rose slightly, with the highest temperature of 19 to 23 °C in the northern, central and eastern regions, and 25 to 26 °C in the western and southern regions; the minimum temperature was slightly 12 to 15 °C in the central mountains, and the rest of the areas were 16 to 20 °C.

During the day from the 20th to the 21st, the qiongzhou Strait, the eastern, western and southern seas of Hainan Island, the sea surface of the Beibu Gulf, the sea surface near the Xisha and Zhongsha Islands have a wind force of 5 and a gust of wind 6; the sea surface wind near the Nansha Islands is 5 and the gust of wind during thunderstorms is 7 to 8.
From the night of the 21st to the 26th, the wind in the Qiongzhou Strait was 5-6 and 7 gusts; the sea surface of the Beibu Gulf, the eastern, western and southern seas of Hainan Island, and the sea surface near the Xisha and Zhongsha Islands had winds of 5-6 and 7-8 gusts; the sea surface winds near the Nansha Islands were 5-6 and 7.

Since the 22nd, there has been a significant cooling down on the whole island, please pay attention to the weather changes, add clothes to keep warm at the right time, and prevent colds and respiratory diseases.
In the coming week, when there is a cooling rainfall in the middle and late stages, winter melons and vegetables can be sprayed with cold protection agents, foliar fertilizers, film covering and other cold protection measures. Rubber gardens with weak growth and aging leaves should stop tapping rubber and do a good job in rubber maintenance.
