On November 12, the first Shouxian People's Government Quality Award Statement Defense Meeting was held at the County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and 3 declaration organizations participated in the Statement Defense. After the qualification review, data document review, and on-site review, a total of 3 organizations entered the statement defense stage. The purpose of holding a statement defense meeting is to fully demonstrate the business philosophy, basic practices, achievements and opinions of the respondent of the declaring organization through the statement of defense, and to examine the compatibility of the respondent's answers and the participation of leaders.

In the 1.5-hour statement defense meeting, according to the order of drawing lots, the three reporting organization participating teams focused on how the organizational leaders promoted quality management, the practices and effectiveness of excellent performance management, and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the organization, combined with the PPT. Subsequently, the nine judges combined the content of the enterprise statement report and the nature of the declaration organization, and raised different questions in a targeted manner. In the presentation session, the main presenter of each reporting organization highlighted the key points, clear levels, concise language, and in the prescribed fifteen-minute time limit, each uniquely showed the measures and results of the unit in quality management, scientific and technological research and development, talent training, social welfare and other aspects. The defense link is a great test of the language expression ability, problem understanding ability and on-the-spot response ability of the participating team members, and the performance of the declared organizational team is wonderful, which fully reflects the quality confidence in the organization's products or services, and can rationally understand, analyze the reasons and clarify the direction of efforts for the objective deficiencies and gaps. At the end of the defense, the judges scored the defense of the company statement.

In order to popularize and promote the excellent management experience of advanced enterprise organizations, the statement defense meeting was held in an open form, and some member units of the Shouxian Quality Development Committee, the heads of the county market supervision bureau organs and dispatched agencies participated in the observation and observation.
