How participants in the hearings are selected
The hearing will openly solicit 11 consumers as participants in the hearing within the urban area of Ziyang. Interested participants can register at the Ziyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission from November 22, 2021 (Monday) to November 30, 2021 (9:00-11:30 a.m., 15:00-17:30 p.m.), with their ID card and copy (address: Office 606, 6th Floor, Building 2, Municipal Government Office Area, Tel: 26632938). After the registration is completed, the participants of the hearing will be randomly selected from the registered consumers, and the Municipal Consumer Protection Committee will be invited to supervise the sampling on the spot. If the number of applicants does not reach the required number, the vacancy shall be entrusted to the recommendation of the Municipal Committee for the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests.
Experts and scholars in relevant fields, people's congress deputies, CPPCC members, relevant government departments and participants in social organizations shall be hired by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission.

(1) Have full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Residing within the urban area of Ziyang;
(3) Have a certain cultural quality, policy level and strong oral expression ability;
(4) Enthusiastic about public welfare and have a strong sense of responsibility;
(5) Agree to disclose the necessary personal information (in the second announcement, the participant's name, gender, identity and occupation, contact information and other information will be announced).
Quota of observers, registration method and selection method
There will be 3 auditors at this hearing, which will be produced by a combination of open solicitation, voluntary registration, random selection and entrustment to the recommendation of the Municipal Committee for the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests.
