Recently, the 2021 Sohu Liquor Summit and Well-known Liquor Tasting Meeting was successfully held in Beijing. Ma Yong, vice president and secretary general of the China Food Industry Association, introduced the operation of China's wine industry in the first three quarters. In the first three quarters, China's beverage and wine industry achieved a profit of 146.1 billion yuan, accounting for 25.77% of the total profit of the national food industry. Among them, the profit of liquor was 126.17 billion yuan, an increase of 28.3% year-on-year; the profit of beer was 16.62 billion yuan, an increase of 15.1% year-on-year; the profit of rice wine was 1.01 billion yuan, down 1.4% year-on-year; the profit of wine was 220 million yuan, an increase of 6.2% year-on-year; and the profit of other alcoholic beverages was 2.08 billion yuan, down 11.4% year-on-year.
