Also known as the 49 Chapters of the Xuannu Jing, the Xuannu Jing was written about 4700 years ago, and until 2012, this book has been a secret tradition of the Chinese Xuanmen, except for some scriptures, half of which are ancient scripts. The only one that is widely known outside is the Yin Rune Sutra.

[sic]: There are ghosts in Dongshan, and everyone is afraid. For a long time, people do not come out, ghosts, cannibals, fearful. There are warriors, drawing swords, standing out, into the mountains, exterminating ghosts on rocks. Return, wolf. Everybody knows. Doubtful. Nothing can be done. The mountains are ghostless, and the human heart is ghostly.

It is said that there are ghosts in Dongshan, people are very afraid and afraid, after a long time people do not dare to go to Dongshan, saying that there are ghosts out to eat people, very afraid.
Later, a warrior, carrying a sword, entered the mountains and killed the ghost on the edge of the cliff. He came back and told the people that it wasn't a ghost, it was actually a wolf.
Although people understood that he was talking about wolves, they were still afraid to suspect the existence of ghosts and did not dare to enter the East Mountain, there were no ghosts in the mountains, and only the people's hearts were ghosts.

There are graves in the west mountain, and there are weeping at night. Crowds do not come out, panic also. There are warriors entering the grave. Returning from fear. The crowd feared it. If you are fierce, you can't get in. There are also ghosts in the graves as if? Non also. The ghost of the human heart.

No, it's just a ghost in the human heart.
[sic]: People who have people, collect other things, and prepare people to go to things that are difficult to find. The multitude gathered to look for it, but no one appeared. Is for the ghost also. Heart, why be afraid?
There was such a person who hid someone else's things, and the owner lost his things and couldn't find them, so everyone came to help him find them. The man who hid the things did not appear because he had a ghost in his heart. If your heart is open, what is there to be afraid of?
The ghost, the fearful heart, the watch of the world. Those who are most afraid of people are ghosts, and they are not poor, they are not martial, they do not speak, and those who do not care, they are pure.
The ghost, the heart of fear, is the appearance of the world. The more people are afraid of ghosts, the more they are afraid of spreading, the more they will fear ghosts, do not investigate the existence of ghosts, do not say, do not discuss it, naturally the mind can be quiet!
[sic]: He is not afraid of words, he is not afraid, he is afraid if he is not afraid, and ghosts are alive.
Others say that they are not afraid, people who say they are not afraid are often the most likely to be afraid, people who say that they are bold will often be timid, and those who have no ghosts will be said to be ghosts!
[sic]: There are often corpses, sleeping on the road, and the ghosts of the people, but they can be feared. Without thinking, there are many corpses in the food, and there is no fear.
There are often corpses, lying on the side of the road, and everyone says that there are ghosts, very afraid. I don't want to think about it, the food we eat every day is actually the corpse of other lives (such as rice noodles, chicken, duck and fish meat, etc.), and we eat a lot every day.
[sic]: Man's apparent heart, appearance, surface also. Therefore, he who fears all things is a ghost, and the one who saves the world is God.
People's psychological manifestations are only superficial phenomena. Therefore, fear and fear are the ghosts in people's hearts, and the heart that saves people in the world is God!
