We know that a society wants to achieve a positive cycle, the unity of rights is a necessary common sense rule summed up by mankind for thousands of years, someone creates more value, he has the right to share more wealth, can create wealth shows that he has basic skills and civilization concepts, he gets wealth can be used in basic positive areas, such as better family building, better raising the next generation, investing in the operation of social wealth or the improvement of their own skills. Then whether it is the improvement of social wealth creation ability or the reproduction of human beings themselves, the imported wealth is a positive effect. If this common-sense rule is distorted, the wealth creators only bear taxes, but do not enjoy much welfare, and the increasing economic pressure will lead to a decrease in the marriage rate and fertility rate of this part of the population, a decrease in the investment in the education of future generations, a deterioration in the maintenance of their own physical condition, and a decrease in labor skills. The situation will not get too bad if the wealth they have been transferred can bring positive social benefits in other areas, but the problem is that under the ruling philosophy of the Democratic Party's left, the use of wealth invested in other areas is generally very inefficient. Just as Ding Qinshi added hundreds of thousands of welfare-eating people in New York to the financial collapse but economic vitality also declined, after the Obama administration increased the welfare-eating population in the United States by nearly 20 million, the economic growth of the United States did not get short-term or long-term benefits, because welfare is a way of life that will generate dependence. If a family or a group of people bases their lives on receiving various benefits, then the family or the group will gradually lose their dignity and sense of morality, and become a group of social parasites who support who only depend on who is willing to give money, and they will not use the resources they receive to improve their own and the ability of the next generation to work, which has been proven by history. For example, some blacks in the Republican Party in this election pointed out to the media that since the 60s, more and more benefits have been given to the black community, but the situation of black people has not improved, but the crime rate and unemployment rate are getting higher and higher, and more and more people are living on welfare.
Therefore, we can see that in the 2018 budget, in addition to significantly increasing the defense budget (an increase of $54 billion over the previous year), Trump cut the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture by 21%, the Department of Commerce by 16%, and the Department of Health and Human Resources by $15 billion, of which the National Institutes of Health was cut by $6 billion, which can be said to have been hit hard. If Trump's approach to governance can be carried out, it is believed that it will achieve certain results, such as the plan to save $800 billion in Medicaid for the poor in the next 10 years, and $192 billion in food stamp cuts.
