Zhao Yunyu (1916-2003), formerly known as Wen Wei, later renamed Zhao Shi, the character Yunyu, with character lines, was a native of Langzhong City, Sichuan Province. In 1945, he went to Chengdu, entered the Dafeng Hall, studied under Zhang Daqian, and his artistic affairs were greatly improved, and he opened up a new situation in Sichuan Chinese painting, representing the highest level of Sichuan Chinese painting. In Shuzhong, he is known as a "confucian painter".
