At present, the whole district has formed 144 pairs of new and old gangs, and the new branch secretaries and team members have gradually grown into "leading geese" who promote rural revitalization and lead the masses to get rich.
The district gave full play to the advantages of the experience of outstanding old branch secretaries, closely centered on how to serve the masses, resolve contradictions, handle difficult problems and other grass-roots work realities, and carried out "passing on help" to the newly appointed cadres of the "two committees." "In the activities, we insist on adapting to local conditions and tailor-made, and strive to achieve 'one key to open a lock'." After taking office, Lu Hongliang, the new branch secretary of the second village of Fengfeng Town, wanted to introduce the goose breeding industry under the forest and lead the people to take the road of getting rich and well-off, but the situation was difficult to open and the income was difficult to predict, which made him and the new "two committees" team worried a lot. After the old branch secretary Lu Xinliang learned about it, he led all the team members to analyze the village conditions and clarify their ideas, and after full research and discussion in the early stage, the new team resolutely launched the breeding project. Nowadays, the scale of goose breeding in Shang'er Village has expanded, and 5,000 geese have been steadily released every month.
In addition, the district also adopts a flexible approach to carry out three-dimensional "learning". 21 new branch secretaries were selected to participate in the provincial and municipal "10,000 people demonstration training", held a three-day training course on the ability of district-level village branch secretaries to perform their duties, and invited experts from the party school of the provincial party committee to give lectures to enhance the theoretical literacy of young cadres and promote the ability and level of rural revitalization.
