The reporter learned that at present, the delivery of the unmanned vehicle is divided into 4 steps, user reservation, brother delivery, unmanned vehicle transportation, user pickup, the current user can make an appointment through the SF Express public number and mini program.
"Under normal circumstances, from receiving to transportation to delivery, the real-time path of the express mail will be synchronized to the user for the first time, for the site that has opened the unmanned vehicle service, after the user receives the waybill information, he can make an appointment for delivery through the SF Express public number, mini program, etc., and can choose unmanned vehicle delivery." Hu Jing, product manager of SF Technology, introduced in detail that after receiving the appointment information, the SF staff of the station will put the corresponding express mail into the unmanned car, and the unmanned vehicle will stop at the user-designated station through automatic driving according to the established route, on the campus, usually under the dormitory building.
