Composition of a Swiss company: shareholders: at least one natural person or body corporate of any nationality; directors: one or more directors, legal persons or natural persons of any nationality; manager: the manager of the company must be a Swiss citizen or have the nationality of an EU country;
Swiss Company Name: The registered Swiss company name must be Sa; the company name cannot end with "trust company" or "bank" or other words with similar meanings, and the Swiss company registration certificate cannot contain the Chinese company name unless these companies have obtained the corresponding license in Switzerland.
Swiss company financial statements: monthly tax returns and annual financial statements.
Registered capital of a Swiss company: A Swiss registered company must have a start-up capital of at least CHF 100,000 (about RMB 700,000).
