According to the "Grand Public Network" report, Buckingham Palace announced on the 14th that due to a sprained back, Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom will cancel the schedule of attending the National Memorial Day on the same day. The Queen was suddenly hospitalized for one night last month and was advised by doctors to take a break, and the 14th commemoration was supposed to be the first public appearance plan after her hospitalization.

Buckingham Palace reportedly issued a statement on November 14 saying the Queen was deeply disappointed to miss the commemoration at London's Peace Monument that day. A Buckingham Palace source said the Queen's back sprain was not related to the condition that led to her hospitalisation last month and was merely an "unfortunate coincidence".

The 95-year-old Queen went to the hospital on October 20 for a "preliminary examination" and spent the night in the hospital.
