Five Elements of Success (5) Execution

author:10,003 old moons

No matter how perfect the plan is, it will not help if it is not executed. We need to execute the plan firmly and always keep in mind the link between the current task and the ultimate goal. When you feel lost, pause for a moment and find the reason, most of them are because they care too much about methods and means, and ignore the goals they really want to achieve in their hearts.

It is very important to keep things organized as much as possible and have good working habits. The confusion of steps often masks major problems, and sometimes it is precisely because of the order of order that things move out of control. Therefore, clear metrics need to be established to ensure that you are rigorously implementing the programme. If you can, let others objectively assess and summarize our progress. If the goals are not achieved as planned, it is another problem that needs to be analyzed and solved.

Firm execution does not mean rigidity and inflexibleness. It is almost certainly impossible to get every step done. On the one hand, it is because of people's own factors, on the other hand, it is also because of the uncertain changes in the future. Everyone has weaknesses, and we must know where our weaknesses are, and have insight and response to these weaknesses in order to truly lead to success. We can dispose of it ourselves, or we can find someone to help us deal with it better. The second path requires us to remain humble, which is as important as our own abilities, even more so than our own abilities.

In short, know what you really want, work hard in this direction, as long as you persevere, maybe the process is bumpy and cannot achieve the goal perfectly, but there will always be good results.
