The 2021 National Natural Science Association evaluation is in full swing, and the university departments Jieqing and Youqing will usher in the defense of the meeting, and the evaluation of the qingqing will wait about a month.
Waiting for the moment of evaluation, talk about the situation that the country will naturally evaluate.
The role of the evaluation expert is mainly to conduct a secondary review of the project, so as to select high-quality projects. Unlike correspondence experts, assessment experts require a deep understanding and understanding of the field, which also determines that they are mainly well-known experts.
Taking the 2020 national natural evaluation as an example, there are about 3,000 evaluation experts, and the evaluation experts have the following characteristics:
Jieqing, group, excellent youth and other projects, the evaluation experts are mainly academicians, Jieqing and other high-level scholars;
In addition to the Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Department of Management Sciences, there are about 200-300 experts in each faculty, and there are generally 30-40 experts in the second-level subject areas;
Among the experts who will evaluate qingqing, there are not many academicians, and the proportion of Jieqing, Changjiang and Youqing winners is very high, reaching 30-40%; in addition to these big cattle, other experts are generally well-known experts in the field;
The work units of the evaluation experts are mainly concentrated in well-known universities and well-known institutes, especially the 985 universities and 211 universities, and the experts from these universities account for the majority; there are also some non-well-known universities that have review experts shortlisted, and the number of this part is very small.
