2020 is an unusual year for Chen Hongyuan. During this year, he completed the transformation from a lawyer to a party school teacher to a staff member of the Executive Committee of the Asian Youth Association. In September 2020, through the policy of introducing Doctoral And Master talents in Shantou City, he came to the Party School of Shantou Municipal Party Committee as a teacher in the Law Teaching and Research Department. Less than three months after working at the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, Chen Hongyuan was transferred to the Service Guarantee Department of the Executive Committee of the Asian Youth Association and became a glorious Asian Youth.
When Chen Hongyuan first came to the service guarantee department, there were only 7 people in the department, but he undertook the six functions of the athletes' village, accommodation, catering, transportation, logistics, uniforms, etc., with tight time, heavy tasks and great pressure. During this period, as the backbone of the department, he took the initiative to undertake the work of accommodation, catering and uniforms, overcame the difficulties of lack of experience and professional knowledge of the competition, and successfully completed the drafting of documents such as the head of the group leader's file, accommodation guide, charging card guide, accommodation and catering overall work plan and the statistics of uniform demand statistics of various departments of the executive committee with a selfless work attitude and firm work belief, which was widely praised by leaders and colleagues.
At the beginning of 2021, Chen Hongyuan and his colleagues visited 49 hotels in the city in a week to understand the rooms, restaurants, parking lots and other aspects of the city's major hotels through field research. During the investigation, he went out early and returned late every day, was diligent and earnest, and conscientiously did a good job in the preparation of research questionnaires, research data statistics, service demand analysis, etc., laying a solid foundation for the next step of the reception service of the Asian Youth Congress.
Since the beginning of this year, as the Asian Youth Congress is gradually approaching, the work pressure is increasing day by day, and every weekend and holiday, Chen Hongyuan will not work overtime in the unit, or will not complete the "homework" at home. In this regard, he did not have any complaints, but gave full play to the work spirit of the old scalper in the new era, with a meticulous work style, drafted the presiding speeches, speech drafts, meeting notices, meeting minutes, newsletters and other conference documents of various meetings, counted the main hotel rooms, conference rooms, restaurants and other data in the city, compiled the work plan for accommodation services of the invitational tournament, the guide to accommodation and catering, did a good job in the budget of the accommodation cost of the invitational tournament, and completed the various tasks of sending and receiving documents, conference affairs, document drafting, hotel collection and selection, and preparation for the hotel accommodation of the invitational tournament.
In addition to his busy work, Chen Hongyuan did not forget his identity as a teacher in the party school, he actively participated in the study and education and training of party history, transformed the results of party history study and education into a driving force for promoting the service guarantee work of the Asian Youth Congress, more firmly and consciously struggled unremittingly for the cause of the Asian Youth Congress, and worked together with colleagues to defeat one "Loushan Pass" and "Lazikou" encountered one after another in the service guarantee work of the Asian Youth Congress.
Chen Hongyuan said that he is very grateful to the department leaders and colleagues, from the secondment to the Executive Committee of the Asian Youth Congress so far, in the face of completely unfamiliar work areas, it is the leaders and colleagues who give him guidance and encouragement, and every arduous task is completed by everyone working together. Being able to overcome one challenge after another and overcome one difficulty after another is inseparable from the help of leaders and colleagues.
As a youth worker in the Service Guarantee Department, he regarded doing a good job in the service guarantee work of the Asian Youth Association as the greatest honor.
