Many years ago. The media reported the sudden deaths of 300 whales while chasing sardines. Unconsciously trapped in a bay. A famous man once said that these little fish lead the giants of the sea to death!

Whales die violently in pursuit of small profits, and they expend their enormous strength for trivial goals, while people who have no goals in reality, like the whales in the story, have great potential. But they focus on the little things that make them forget what they're supposed to do, and if a person wants to reach their potential and succeed in their careers, you have to focus on your strengths and there will be aspects that are highly rewarding!
Goals and directions help you focus, and as you keep working on your strengths, those strengths will develop further, eventually. What kind of person you become when you reach your goal is much more important than what you get!
