The film tells the story of Bai youth Ah Peng and vice president Jinhua fell in love at first sight in Dali March Street, and the following year Ah Peng traveled all over the Cangshan Erhai Sea to find Jinhua, and after repeated misunderstandings, a lover finally became a family member.
As the name suggests, there are five girls named Golden Flowers in "Five Golden Flowers", who have different personalities and are young and beautiful.
So, what about the "five golden flowers" in their respective situations later?

Suya Wang
In "Five Golden Flowers", Wang Suya, the actor of the steel mill Jinhua, entered the acting department of the Beijing Film Academy in 1956 to study, but failed to complete her studies due to work reasons, and transferred to the Yunnan Provincial Repertory Theatre in 1958 to become an actress.
In 1959, Wang Suya starred in "Youth in the Fire of War" and "Five Golden Flowers".
For reasons that are well known, after filming the movie "Five Golden Flowers", Wang Suya did not play a role for a full 14 years.
As a filmmaker who regards art as her life, Wang Suya has been in pain and wandering for a long time.
It was not until 1974 that she was able to appear in the film "Haixia" as Ah Hong's sister-in-law, which was once again well received by the audience.
Later, Wang Suya participated in the filming of "Pearl on the Sea", "July Flowing Fire", "A Q Zheng biography", "Bright Moon on the Sea", "The Boyfriend of the Female Director" and so on.

Zhu Yijin, is a tractor driver Jinhua actor, in "Five Golden Flowers", Zhu Yijin can be described as the most popular one.
Although Zhu Yijin does not have many scenes in this play, her sweet appearance gives people a naughty and cute feeling, and she also appears in the costume of a bride in the play, which is even more beautiful to everyone, leaving a deep impression on the audience, and even making people feel that she is the most feminine one in the play.
Shortly after the completion of "Five Golden Flowers", Zhu Yijin married football star Mark Jian.
After the two got married, Zhu Yijin also starred in a number of film and television works.
Her husband, Mark Jian, worked as a goalkeeper for a full decade, and later when he retired, he became the national team leader and other positions.
After marriage, the two gave birth to a lovely daughter named Ma Ye.
Later, Ma Ye grew up and married, married Jinggangshan.
Zhu Yijin and Ma Jian often get together because of their work, so this marriage ended in failure.
After Zhu Yijin divorced, he met Hong Junyan, who also divorced his ex-wife Zhang Hanzhi.
After Zhu Yijin married Hong Junyan, they divorced again within a few years, and after that, Zhu Yijin lived abroad for a long time.
For many years, Zhu Yijin's career has not been greatly echoed, and there are few records of interviews with her, but Hong Junyan and Zhang Hanzhi's daughter Hong Huang mentioned Zhu Yijin in the book, saying that she was as beautiful as a goblin.
When Hong Huang was 15 years old, he used to live in the home of his father Hong Junyan and Zhu Yijin, when Zhu Yijin said that Hong Huang was ugly and said that she should have found someone to marry earlier.
Although this sentence was a joke, Hong Huang was in adolescence at the time and originally cared about his appearance, and after hearing Zhu Yijin's words, he has always remembered hatred since then.
After Hong Huang and Chen Kaige got married in New York, they once went to a director's house to play, and when they heard about introducing Zhu Yijin to the play, Hong Huang scolded Zhu Yijin in front of them, and finally the play was cold.
This incident had surprised Zhu Yijin very much, and she couldn't imagine that this child of her ex-husband had actually cut off her play in the end.

However, her beautiful years were spent in the mental hospital, and finally died tragically, which cannot be said to be a sad thing.
Yang Likun was born in 1942 in a Yi village called Mohei Town in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province.
Since she was the ninth, people around her called her "Little Nine".
In 1954, 12-year-old Yang Likun and her second sister went to see a performance, and were discovered by Hu Zonglin, the leader of the provincial song and dance troupe, who thought she was a good seedling, so he recruited her into the provincial song and dance troupe.
At the age of 16, Yang Likun was selected by director Wang Jiayi to become the first heroine of "Five Golden Flowers" "Vice President Jinhua", and the response to this film was unprecedented after its release, and Yang Likun became famous in one fell swoop.
In 1964, Yang Likun starred in the film "Ashima" produced by the Shanghai Film Studio.
Later, Yang Likun was listed as a key target for starring in these two films, and her spirit and body were seriously damaged, resulting in mental disorders and long-term lack of treatment.

In 2000, Yang Likun died at the age of 58.
Today, in addition to Yang Likun's early death, the other four "golden flowers" have entered their old age, and they are all enjoying their old age in peace.
Tan Yaozhong once lamented regretfully:
"Assuming that the 'Ninth Sister' Yang Likun is still alive in the human world, and the five sisters often get together and reminisce about the golden time that has passed, how good it should be!"
However, life is unpredictable, after all, there is no "if" theory...
