Annual leave issues
1. How should the validity period of annual leave be stipulated?
According to the law, annual leave can be arranged in a centralized or segmented manner within one year, and generally not across years. If it is really necessary for the unit to arrange annual leave for employees across the year due to the characteristics of production and work, it may arrange it across 1 year.
If the company is unable to arrange for employees to take annual leave due to the needs of work, it may not arrange annual leave with the consent of the employee himself. For the number of days of annual leave that an employee should take, the unit shall pay the annual leave wage remuneration according to 300% of the employee's daily wage.
