Nanning Yun-Nanning News Network News (reporter Lu Haiqing correspondent Wei Yudan) reporter learned from the municipal human resources and social security department that recently, the Nanning Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Finance Bureau, and the Rural Revitalization Bureau jointly identified 23 employment assistance workshops such as "Guangxi Huaxing Food Group Co., Ltd." in Xingning District as the first batch of star-rated employment assistance workshops in Nanning City in 2021.
It is reported that the star rating of the employment assistance workshop continues the employment assistance work of poverty alleviation, and is effectively connected with the current stage of rural revitalization work, according to the number of employment and the length of time of poverty that drives the poverty alleviation population, and is rated from low to high as a one-star to five-star employment assistance workshop. In 2021, the first batch of employment assistance workshops identified 11 one-star employment assistance workshops, 5 two-star employment assistance workshops, 4 three-star employment assistance workshops, and 3 four-star employment assistance workshops, distributed in 6 counties and districts including Shanglin County, Binyang County, Long'an County, Wuming District, Xingning District and Yongning District. There are three four-star workshops in this assessment, Shanglin County Shanglin Hairun Silk Industry Co., Ltd. has absorbed a total of 135 people, including 59 people who have been lifted out of poverty; Guangxi Cenke Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. in Binyang County has absorbed a total of 1597 people, including 50 people who have been lifted out of poverty; and Guangxi Xingfu Garment Co., Ltd. in Long'an County has absorbed a total of 164 people, including 63 people who have been lifted out of poverty.
Since the construction of the employment assistance workshop in Nanning City in 2018, it has actively guided and encouraged rural talents and social enterprises, combined with the characteristics and advantages of rural industries, built and developed employment assistance workshops according to local conditions, effectively played the role of employment assistance workshops in promoting rural revitalization, and formed a win-win situation of enterprise benefits and poverty alleviation labor force income. As of October 2021, the city has cumulatively identified 362 employment assistance workshops, with a total of 36,323 employment, including 6,960 poverty alleviation laborers; after 2020, 41 star-rated employment assistance workshops will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. For the star-rated employment assistance workshop, corresponding preferences will be given to the support policies in accordance with the relevant documents of the autonomous region, and financial institutions will be encouraged to give differentiated credit support.
