Synopsis: On the second day of his 85th birthday, the rich novelist Harlan Slomby was found to have committed suicide in his manor, leaving behind hundreds of millions of inheritances. The famous detective Blanco (Daniel Craig) is suddenly hired by anonymous people to investigate the truth of the case. Meanwhile, Harlan's grandson, Ranson (Chris Evans), is secretly investigating the case. Why "knife fans" are like this: It is clear that "knifemakers" draw a lot of inspiration from the work of Agatha Christie. However, the more serious suspense novels hardly fit the playful tone of Ryan Johnson's comedies as this movie. A story co-developed by John Landis, Jonathan Lynn's Clue is one of the most beloved villains, and it keeps you laughing and guessing until the end of 1985, depending on where the theater is located.

Why knife fans would love it: Bridesmaids and comedy director Paul Feig like last Christmas had a slight objection in the 2018 adaptation of Dascey Bell's mystery novel, which is not like a comedy, but has some crime thrillers, a pull on the Heat or Spy (also by Feig), and a crime thriller with several elements of comedy. Just like Knives Out, Simple Favor can succeed as a fun, stylized, and sexy guessing game, but both may be even darker. Cheer up throughout the process and get a real hairdressing revelation.

Guy Ritchie's 2000 book Locks, Guns and Two Smoking Buckets is a pulp fiction-style quasi-anthology thriller that orchestrates a puzzling london treasure hunt from unusually diverse angles that may require subtitles here and there.
Why avid knife fans love it: Looting is a terrifying British film made by Rian Johnson. On top of that, every moment of this instant classic is pure comedy, wrapped in an ingenious plot from Michael Mann's film that becomes even more interesting every time you watch it.

Plot: Five college students (including young Chris Hemsworth) travel to a remote woodland cottage for a fun weekend getaway. If your guess about what happened next in the PG-13, 2011 version is that "terrible things start to happen", of course, that's what happened, but for reasons different from any "Cabin in the Woods" movie, you've seen it before.

Why knife fans love it: It's no surprise that the comedy nominated for the U.S. Academy Award for Best Screenplay is a feature-length by playwrights adaptation filmmaker Martin McDonagh, which is known for testing the limits of cinema. The comedic charm of tragedy comes from three billboards outside of Ebbing in Missouri in 2017. Compared to In Bruges, Knives Out looks like a family movie, but both are filled with shocking twists, explosive projections and moving character-driven plots that change where audiences are usually supposed to show empathy.
