5. Diagnosis: it can be directly smeared or repeatedly washed and precipitated for fecal examination, find out the eggs of the curling spinosa, and combine with autopsy to find out the worm body for diagnosis.

6. Prevention: clean up feces, kill insect eggs, and properly dispose of the repelled insect bodies and excreted feces; Administration of chemical drugs to kill intermediate hosts; Dryland captivity methods prevent ducks from reaching intermediate hosts, and all trematodes are naturally eradicated.
