The intelligence of Guiding Cigarette Factory is reflected in all aspects. Before the tobacco leaves are put into storage, it is necessary to scan the bar code and synchronize the information such as the production place and processing unit of each box of tobacco leaves into the warehouse, so as to facilitate more scientific deployment in the later production.

From the sorting of tobacco leaves into the warehouse, it has entered the category of intelligent production, and the tobacco leaf sorting and proportioning will be transported to the "silk making workshop" for unpacking and silk making after completion. Throughout the conveying and unpacking process, a conveyor system and two robotic arms were able to complete the work tasks of nearly eight workers in the same time. After the completion of the unpacking, it enters the process of making tobacco, and the completion and control of this key link can be deployed in real time in the general control room.
Zhong Hongjian, head of the central control team of the silk making workshop of Guiding Cigarette Factory, introduced: "Our central control system is the centralized control system of the first workshop of Guiding Cigarette Factory, which mainly controls the start-stop and process parameters of our on-site equipment, such as moisture, temperature and other parameters of the process control. After the use of this system, the site basically does not need to be adjusted by humans, and the operator is adjusting in real time according to the parameters. The use of this set of systems is mainly to concentrate all the operations on the site in this place, which is convenient for the timely viewing of on-site parameters, and now through this monitoring and parameters, we sit here and find abnormalities that can be adjusted in time. ”
According to certain product parameters, the generation of defective products is reduced, and the product quality is further improved while improving production efficiency. Through intelligent manufacturing and big data two-wheel drive, Guiding Cigarette Factory has achieved intelligent production and refined management, so Guiding Cigarette Factory (centralized control system for silk making) has also won the typical application case of industrial Internet in Guizhou Province and the title of provincial integration benchmark in 2019. In the last process of cigarettes, the use of big data plays an important role, and all kinds of manufacturing data and storage data are automatically collected.
Liu Ying, equipment engineer in the second workshop of Guiding Cigarette Factory, said: "Our workshop is the production workshop of rolls and bags, mainly the production process of finished products. Through the technical transformation of the ex situ, from the distribution of excipients to the finished product storage area, an intelligent logistics and transportation system has been added, including from the auxiliary material warehouse to the AGV automatic auxiliary material distribution system and the automatic transportation system for finished products, and the finished product storage area has realized the unmanned automatic intelligent construction. Now the main job of the operator is to carry out simple semi-automated operation of our main production equipment, and the production equipment of the package, such as manual accessories, check product quality, etc., other work has been automated, big data this piece, is to automatically take all the production equipment of some production process data, such as our output, consumption and other data can be automated collection, through the collection of these data, processing to form a visual report, provided to the relevant management personnel, Analysts use data to understand our production status and manage it. ”
Automated data collection, visual data analysis and processing all provide a strong guarantee for enterprise production to "reduce costs and increase efficiency".
