In order to implement the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, Announcement No. 1125 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates the Directory of Animal Diseases of The First, Second and Third Categories, combined with the Announcement No. 1919 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China and the Announcement No. 1663 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China, the directory of animal diseases is summarized as follows.

List of animal diseases of categories I, II and III

A class of animal diseases

Foot-and-mouth disease, porcine blister disease, swine fever, African swine fever, highly pathogenic porcine blue ear disease, African horse fever, rinderpest, bovine infectious pleural pneumonia, bovine spongiform encephalopathy, itching disease, blue tongue disease, pestesis of micro-ruminants, sheep pox and goat pox, highly pathogenic avian influenza, Newcastle disease, lixen virusemia, leukoplakia syndrome, H7N9 avian influenza (Announcement No. 1919 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China stipulates that for animals infected with H7N9 avian influenza virus, temporarily adopt preventive control measures for a class of animal diseases. )
