A person, no matter what he does, should not forget in his life, and he must constantly strive for progress. This upward mobility is to move in the direction of the upward beam. Of all the Chinese there is no one who has not been motivated since childhood, and the whole world cannot find anyone like us, who is self-motivated everywhere they go. May I ask Chinese why is he so desperate and must be self-motivated? It is Chinese too powerful. Today you are the general manager, powerful and powerful, and whoever sees you is respectful and respectful. One day you leave, there is no money and no power, everyone only does one thing, that is, to see you and pretend not to see. This is called "total disregard", just one word short. So you also say that the power is not good, what is bad about the power? Everything has its gains and losses, and its advantages and disadvantages.
Remember that there are always two sides to the Tao, and when people smile at you, you should not be happy, there may be some problems in them; when people do not smile at you, you must be more vigilant, there must be something wrong with this. Some people say that people are not very tired of doing this? Not tired. Because the brain is more and more flexible, how can it be tired?
In fact, as long as we firmly remember that everything has two sides, there must be a disadvantage to one advantage, and there must be a disadvantage to the same disadvantage. Therefore, don't be proud when you encounter "good things", and don't be depressed when you encounter "bad things". If we can really look at things and problems holistically, then our lives will be less distressed and more happy.
In the process of seeking progress, everything must be stopped in moderation. This stop is very important, because if you can't stop rushing over your head, that's the end. People's life expectancy is limited, all the way to the top, is there enough time? Enough energy?
What is stop?
In fact, it is very simple, to be a king, to stop at benevolence; to be a subject, to stop at respect; to be a son of man, to stop at filial piety; to be a father, to stop at kindness; to be friends with the people of the country, to stop at faith. Today you are the supreme leader, and you have to master that benevolent word. You see even righteousness is not the first thing you have to do, benevolence and righteousness are not the same, benevolence is by conscience, righteousness is reasonable, how to be reasonable? That's the business of the people below, not mine. When I am the general manager, I only know that our products are to face the public, we are to maintain the health of the whole people, our enterprise, no matter what industry, there is only one corporate culture, that is, to serve the people, this is what I am mastering. As for the quality of the product and how the price is determined, it has nothing to do with me, and all departments must be responsible. But everyone has their own ends, each keeps his own points, and each does his or her part, and this is reasonable. The general manager understands everything, and there must be an omission. Everything is managed, and in the end it is a mess, which we have seen too much. So as soon as I see a manager of a business on TV making a bunch of remarks, I have a number in my mind — his company is running out — and it's easy to think about.
To be a father, to stop at kindness, to be a son of man, to be filial piety. This filial piety word is a combination of two words, the upper one is called old, the lower one is called the son, that is, to deal with the relationship between the two generations of father and son, which is called filial piety. In fact, no matter what indicators we use to assess people today, the most important thing is to look at the person's character, I suggest going directly to the person's home to see how his relationship with the elderly is, which is an important reference project. Because since ancient times we all know that loyal subjects come from the door of filial piety. If you are not filial to the second elder at home, can you still be good to the chief? That's a lot of question marks. But we are influenced by the West and pay attention to everything, that is, this is no matter. Because the West is separated from public and private, I only take care of your business, and I don't care about private affairs. In fact, public and private are never separated.
This is called the Tao. When we say that a person is very enlightened, we are from above to the Tao. But there are often mistakes in this, will go to the wrong side, so we must adjust in time, and constantly pull back, this is called life.
Up, stop, positive, these three words, are only a little bit off, one plus a vertical stop, stop the top plus a horizontal is called positive. All Chinese characters, with the upper horizontal and the lower horizontal, tell us that the upper horizontal is called the top heaven, and the lower horizontal is called standing earth. To be a man is to stand tall and upright.
