12 years ago, the village of Xiuzaike was poor and chaotic, and became famous throughout the county. In 2005, the township party committee decided to let Xiu Huahui, who works in the township, serve as the secretary of the party branch. After returning to the village, Xiuhua found that this contradiction, that contradiction, and poverty are the most fundamental contradictions. He decided to focus on the villagers getting rid of poverty and getting rich first. In order to find a way to get rich, Xiuhua himself first introduced and planted 5 acres of Japanese white yam from Shouguang, and there was a harvest of 5,000 yuan per mu that year, and under his leadership, the second year it developed to an area of more than 200 mu of more than 30 households in the village, and each household directly increased its income by more than 3,000 yuan. After the small harvest, the enthusiasm of the villagers for special planting gradually increased. Xiu Hua hit the iron while it was hot, led 23 party members and cadres to Shouguang to learn from the scriptures, change their brains, and decided to plant greenhouse cucumbers with higher efficiency.
In order to help the masses minimize the risk, ensure the planting of hope, and harvest confidence, Xiuhua himself moved 200,000 yuan from the east to the west, and first built 3 high-standard greenhouses on the contracted land in the southeast of the village, and one greenhouse was given to Master Zhang invited from Shouguang County as a remuneration for perennial technical guidance, one for a difficult household in the village. At that time, in order to take care of and manage the greenhouses that xiuhua had exchanged for all his family funds, he and his wife built a simple house next to the greenhouses, and "grew" in the greenhouses day and night. Kung Fu pays off, and the income of each greenhouse in that year is more than 60,000 yuan. With successful experience and the guidance of teachers, the enthusiasm of villagers to plant greenhouses was mobilized at once. In more than a year, the number of vegetable greenhouses in the village has soared to 28.
In order to build these 28 greenhouses, Xiuhua gave on-site guidance one by one to solve difficulties. The greenhouse was built, and I was afraid that there would be a mistake. These 28 greenhouses are like 28 mountains pressing down on Xiu Hua. Every day, he had to circle around the greenhouses, go to each greenhouse to see the growth of fruits and vegetables, and whenever it was windy and rainy, he checked the protective measures from greenhouse to greenhouse, afraid of a little negligence and accident. Every night, his simple little room became a "gathering hall" and "training room" for the big shantytown, and also a "combat headquarters" for Xiu Hua. His body was clinging to the greenhouse all day long, and his heart was hanging with the masses all day long. In this way, the vegetable greenhouse in Xiuzaoke Village has not had a single technical error, wind and snow hazards and safety accidents. On the night of November 1, 2009, a snowstorm hit the land of southern Hebei. Xiu hua, who lived in the greenhouse, saw that the snow was getting heavier and heavier, so he gathered the big shanty households and village cadres early to clean up the snow. Heavy snow fell for 3 days, and Xiu Hua led the cadres and masses to sweep for 3 days. This heavy snow caused almost all the vegetable greenhouses in the surrounding counties and cities to collapse, but none of the 28 greenhouses in Xiuzaike Village were damaged. Although the greenhouse was saved, the cucumber seedlings froze to death by more than 40%. In order to minimize the loss, Xiuhua did not stop, paying for himself, driving more than 2,000 kilometers back and forth, buying new seedlings from Shouguang to replant. This winter, the vegetable greenhouses in the counties of Southern Hebei have almost ceased to produce, and the vegetable harvest of the greenhouses in Xiuzaoke Village has not decreased at all, and the income has been higher. The villagers all said, "This miracle was bought with the life of the repair secretary!" ”
In 2011, Xiuzaoke Village built 110 vegetable arch sheds in the southwest of the village. In order to ensure the success of the first planting of arches, Xiu hua and his wife built two board rooms next to these arches and moved their homes. The couple froze in the winter and heated in the summer, and lived with this arch for two years.
In the autumn of 2013, Xiu Zaoke built 30 greenhouses in the northwest of the village, and Xiu Hua and his wife moved to the new greenhouse. In June 2015, the village introduced new varieties of melons and other varieties in the south of the village, and also built a small wholesale center, and Xiuhua's home moved with it. Now, they are engaged in a picking garden in the north of the village, and are building 17 high-standard arch sheds and 5 greenhouses, and Xiuhua and his wife are thinking about building two rooms and moving their families there.
Xiu hua said: "Wherever the greenhouses in the village develop, my home is there." Guarding the greenhouse, I dreamed of peace of mind. "The growers said that the greenhouse was the life of the secretary of the repair, and in order to plant the greenhouse, he was willing to do anything." One day in the summer of 2010, Xiuhua found that the greenhouse of the grower Shi Jingshan had collapsed a lot, and the family was worried, so he found someone to buy sand and cement, and summoned several growers to help. This matter has further strengthened Shi Jingshan's confidence in planting a good greenhouse. In recent years, Shi Jingshan has continuously expanded the scale of planting, made a fortune, and played a very good leading role in the village. In the early autumn of 2014, the villagers gathered in Xiuhua's residence as usual, villagers Xiu Zhenxue and other 3 people revealed that they wanted to build greenhouses, but lack of funds, Xiuhua handed over his salary card and the old mother's real estate certificate in the county to Xiu Zhenxue the next day, helped them apply for a mortgage loan of 300,000 yuan, built 6 greenhouses, and now these 3 growers have also become rich.
For more than 8 years, Xiu hua and his wife have eaten and lived in the greenhouse, guarding the greenhouse day and night, guarding the vital interests of the whole village. Under his leadership, today's Xiuzaoke Village has built 50 winter-warming greenhouses and 320 spring-autumn arches covering an area of 800 acres. The vegetables in Xiuzaoke Village have been sold to Beijing, Handan, Dezhou, Anyang and other places, and the annual income of the whole village is nearly 8 million yuan. This village, which used to be the poorest village in the county, now has a per capita disposable income of more than 10,000 yuan, exceeding the per capita level of the county's rural areas, and completely bid farewell to poverty. Xiu Hua himself has also been named the "leading goose of new rural construction" and the municipal labor model in Xingtai City, elected as a deputy to the Municipal People's Congress, and in 2016, he was rated as an outstanding Communist Party member of Hebei Province.
