Xu Chuanzhi served in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection for 34 years in his early years. In April 2016, Xu Chuanzhi, then head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission for the first time across provinces, and after the reform of the state supervision system, he also served as the director of the district supervision commission.

Xin Weiguang was born in July 1954, Qixia, Shandong, after graduating from the Department of Philosophy of Guizhou University in 1980, he entered the Guizhou Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, and later successively served as the secretary general of the Guizhou Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, the standing committee member, secretary general, vice mayor, deputy secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee, and the secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee.

In January 2008, Xin Weiguang was promoted to vice governor of Guizhou Province, and in October 2011, he was transferred to the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission.

It is worth noting that Xin Weiguang was the first head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and the State Supervision Commission in the State Office.

In September 2017, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection commended 288 people for outstanding performance in discipline inspection and supervision, and Miao Qingwang, then director of the Research Office of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission, appeared on the list.

In April 2019, according to the website of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, Miao Qingwang appeared in public reports as deputy ministerial-level inspector of the Central Inspection Group and deputy secretary-general of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission.
