According to the stationing situation, 12 inspection team leaders have appeared, of which 3 have served as the leaders of the 19th Central Inspection Group for the first time.
It is reported that the fifth round of inspections by the 19th Central Committee will carry out routine inspections of 35 central and state organs and units.

Among the 12 team leaders, Xu Chuanzhi, Xin Weiguang and Miao Qingwang served as the leaders of the 19th Central Inspection Group for the first time.
It is worth noting that these three new leaders at the deputy ministerial level are all "discipline inspection veterans", and Xu Chuanzhi and Xin Weiguang are "out of the mountains" to take on heavy responsibilities after leaving their original posts.

Xu Chuanzhi served in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection for 34 years in his early years. In April 2016, Xu Chuanzhi, then head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission for the first time across provinces, and after the reform of the state supervision system, he also served as the director of the district supervision commission.
Xu Chuanzhi stepped down as a member of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Director of the District Supervision Commission in November 2019, when he was over 62 years old when he was born in 1957.

Xin Weiguang was born in July 1954, Qixia, Shandong, after graduating from the Department of Philosophy of Guizhou University in 1980, he entered the Guizhou Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, and later successively served as the secretary general of the Guizhou Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, the standing committee member, secretary general, vice mayor, deputy secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee, and the secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee.
In January 2008, Xin Weiguang was promoted to vice governor of Guizhou Province, and in October 2011, he was transferred to the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission.
It is worth noting that Xin Weiguang was the first head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and the State Supervision Commission in the State Office.
On December 11, 2014, the Standing Committee meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the Opinions on Strengthening the Establishment of Discipline Inspection Institutions Appointed by the Central Committee, and at the same time decided to establish 7 new discipline inspection agencies in central and state organs such as the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Organs of the National People's Congress, the General Office of the State Council, and the Organs of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
In March 2015, the Discipline Inspection Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the State Office was established, and Xin Weiguang served as the first team leader. In January 2015, Miao Qingwang was interviewed as the director of the Research Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. In January 2017, he appeared in the anti-corruption feature film "Striking Iron Still Needs To Be Hard", interpreting the loyalty, cleanliness and responsibility of discipline inspection cadres: "You must seek your own government in his position, and use your responsibility to interpret loyalty to the party." But responsibility and loyalty are inseparable from the cleanliness of the individual, and if it is not clean, he cannot do his work wholeheartedly. ”
In September 2017, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection commended 288 people for outstanding performance in discipline inspection and supervision, and Miao Qingwang, then director of the Research Office of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission, appeared on the list.
In April 2019, according to the website of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, Miao Qingwang appeared in public reports as deputy ministerial-level inspector of the Central Inspection Group and deputy secretary-general of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission.
