Doing practical things for the masses, meeting and reconciling accounts directly with the people, must not be a little false, promises must be fulfilled, and the people's livelihood facts that have been laid out must be completed as scheduled. It is necessary to further optimize and improve the list of key people's livelihood practical projects in light of actual conditions, increase the intensity of work promotion, and focus on launching a number of measures to benefit the people from education, medical care, housing, pension, employment, childcare, pollution control, etc., so as to promote the construction of inclusive, basic and bottom-up people's livelihood. Matters that cannot be resolved temporarily should be included in the ledger management, and the time limit for resolving them should be clarified, and the people must not be untrustworthy.

Lead to go deeper, and the affection should be stronger.
