Approaching the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Huai'an Economic Development Zone Disabled Persons' Federation held a 15-day skills training course for the disabled at the Huai'an Food and Drug Institute. The training program is for e-commerce, massage for the blind, Chinese cooking and Chinese pastry, as well as for the participants in Chinese cooking and Chinese pastry to provide certification services, aiming to improve the vocational skills and life skills of the disabled and enhance the competitiveness of employment.

This e-commerce mainly has basic knowledge, product shooting and online store art, short video and live broadcast operation, network marketing promotion and other related training content. The lecturer provides teaching guidance to the disabled, through vivid and lively explanations, stimulates the interest of the disabled friends in the Internet, and provides the possibility of entrepreneurship for the disabled who are not unable to go out to work or find a job, increases the opportunity for employment, and helps them to better find employment and start a business.
Blind massage is based on the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health care, acupuncture point recognition, massage basic techniques, psoas muscle strain techniques, frozen shoulder techniques, neuralgia techniques and other practical training content, to achieve the blind people's ability to start their own businesses or support themselves, so that the disabled can be applied to work and daily life after learning.
The Chinese cooking training mainly learns the production of dishes such as boiled dried silk, catfish vermicelli, Pingqiao tofu, cumin lamb chops and so on; Chinese noodles mainly learn the production of sixi steamed dumplings, mille-feuille oil cake, Wenlou soup buns, double hemp shortbread and other pastries, which are explained and operated by the teacher step by step. After the teacher's demonstration, the disabled friend operates by himself according to the teacher's explanation, focusing on practice and combining theory with practice. In the process of operation, when encountering will not, the teacher will teach by hand, make the finished product to taste together, point out the deficiencies, and improve it.
