After the September 18, 1931 Incident, the brutal Japanese militarism committed heinous crimes with its inhumane acts of aggression, heinous massacres, and barbaric and crazy plunder and destruction, which brought terrible disasters to the vast number of people in Asian countries, including the people of Chinese.

By August 1932, the Japanese Kwantung Army had largely taken control of the situation in Tohoku. In order to further encroach on all of China and thus dominate Asia, Japanese militarism decided to secretly establish a large-scale bacteriological warfare base in northeast China, step up research on bacteriological weapons, and cultivate a large number of bacteria in order to put the results of bacterial experiments into the battlefield as soon as possible.
In August 1933, the Japanese army secretly established a new bacteriological warfare base "Ishii Force", also known as "Kamo Force", in the Nangang area of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, and set up a bacteriological warfare research base in the Back Yin River "Zhongma City" in Wuchang County, 70 kilometers away from Harbin.
Shiro Ishii, the murderous demon, was the founder and first commander of this germ force.
In June 1938, in order to further meet the needs of the Japanese imperialist policy of foreign aggression and expansion, the Kwantung Army established the Pingfang Special Military Area, and the 731 unit was officially moved to the Pingfang base, and the scale of the troops was further expanded.

When unit 731 was first established, he also knew that this was contrary to public international law and ethics. To this end, they have repeatedly anonymized and covered up the research institutions. From the Epidemic Prevention Research Office, to the Kamo Unit, the Nara Unit, to the Kwantung Army Epidemic Prevention and Water Supply Department, until 1941, it was included in the sequence of the Kwantung Army, and officially had a nickname, called the "Manchurian" 731st Unit. At its peak, it had a size of 4,515 people.
In the Heilongjiang Provincial Archives, an extremely valuable archive is preserved, clearly recording the entire process of the Japanese Kwantung Gendarmerie for the bacteriological experiments of the 731 Unit, and exposing the heinous crimes committed by the 731 Unit with irrefutable evidence.

This file, which was submitted to the Kwantung Gendarmerie Command by the Dong'an Gendarmerie in 1941, records the detention and interrogation of spies and suspects. In several of these places, multiple persons were marked as having issued special delivery orders.
The term special transmission is a code word within the Japanese Kwantung Gendarmerie, which specifically refers to the secret arrest and secret interrogation without interrogation, without transferring the relevant organs, and handing the person over to the 731 unit of the Japanese army invading China for human experimentation.
There is such a victim, his name is Ji Xingtian, in this report we can see that the victim from the arrest to the torture of the confession, to the final transfer to the 731 unit for human experiments.

A steady stream of living people can only exist as "materials" for experiments, and these murderous devils even frantically dissect people alive, not even hitting anesthesia.
During the 13-year period of the 731 Unit, at least 5,000 people were killed by means of experiments with living people. Unit 731 has 4500 incubators for breeding fleas, and by allowing fleas to suck the blood of rats infected with plague, about 45 kilograms of plague fleas can be cultivated every three or four months.
The 731 unit experimented with dozens of types, and the study of plague, typhoid fever, cholera, and endemic diseases throughout the northeast also carried out their free reinvention of people and horses, upside down, gunshots, including frostbite experiments, poison gas experiments, and so on. In order to actually fight, they also have to conduct field experiments.
In order to test the effectiveness of bacteriological weapons, the 731 Unit set up a number of experimental special "shooting ranges" in the field. They would tie their subjects to frozen stakes, five meters apart from each other, in a circle.
Then, a bacterial ceramic bomb is dropped from the air or detonated at close range, and the bomb is covered with bacteria such as bacillus anthracis, plague, cholera, bacillus rhinosis, dysentery, paratyphoid fungus and other germs. The experimenter either died on the spot, or was injured by bomb fragments and infected with bacteria, and within a few days, he would also die in the torment of illness.
In addition to the 731 unit, there was also a 1644 unit in Nanjing and the 8604 unit in Guangzhou, and later the war was pushed to the Pacific, and such special forces were also established in Singapore, Malaysia and other places, so this is a top-down organized, premeditated, large-scale, systematic group behavior of Japan, which is a state crime.
The 731 unit is full of crimes and atrocities, which can be described as a lot of books. But what is even more heinous is that near the time of Japan's surrender, the 731 unit immediately began to blow up the bacterial base facilities, torture and kill the experimentees, release the horses and rats injected with bacteria, and spread the disease. However, the truth of history will not change with the changes of the times, and the heinous crimes committed by Japanese militarism against humanity, mankind and peace are full of evidence.
But after the war, the infamous 731 Unit almost completely retreated under the cover and use of the United States.
In April 1943, the U.S. War Department set up a germ warfare research base in Fort Detrick, Maryland, and in order to hide its eyes, the base was named "Detrick Test Field", which was the predecessor of the Fort Detrick Biological Laboratory.
Since September 1945, the United States has sent four groups of bacteriological warfare experts from Fort Detrick to investigate the situation of Japanese germ warfare, and at least more than 20 members of the 731 Unit, including Shiro Ishii, the founder of the 731 Unit, have been interrogated.

The experts sent by the United States, that is, the members of the investigation team, were all sent from the experimental base at Fort Detrick in the United States at that time. They were all experts in biology, bacteria, or chemistry, directed and targeted, and interrogated and investigated around such a profession, so in the end they got these things and put them in a laboratory like Fort Detrick in the United States for their research.
By November 1948, in accordance with the instructions given by the U.S. Department of State to MacArthur, then the Supreme Commander of the United States in Japan, a secret deal had been reached between the United States and Japan, in exchange for 250,000 yen for bacterial experiment data obtained by the Japanese army at the cost of countless Chinese lives, including a large number of experimental reports and more than 8,000 pathological specimens and slides related to the use of bacteriological weapons to perform live experiments and live human dissection.

The Fort Detrick Germ Warfare Center, which the United States established, said it was to prevent Germany and Japan from studying germ warfare, and in fact it produced a lot of offensive weapons. Some of the backbone of the Japanese 731 Unit were later sent to Fort Detrick by the United States and actually participated in the study of bacteriological warfare in the United States.
The archives show that the cover of the experiment reports of the rhinoplasma, anthrax, and plague bacteria conducted by the 731 Unit in human experiments was impressively printed with the words "Research and Development Department of the Chemical Unit of the Biological Warfare Laboratory at Fort Detrick Base in Maryland."
Fort Detrick's relationship with unit 731 is clear.
