On December 9, Wu Shuwen, a member of the propaganda team of the county party committee and director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, and his party went to Lufang Township to preach the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and more than 100 people, including all township and town cadres, members of the two committees of various villages, the first secretaries of the Lianxin detachment, responsible persons of township-affiliated units, retired cadres, and mass representatives, attended the meeting.
