One day, Yuan Guozi bought some cooked mutton and hid it on the river where the countrymen had to pass through every day.

The countryman returned to the ship carrying the burden of dung, and suddenly found cooked mutton on the shore, who he thought had left it.

At that time, when it was time to eat, the countrymen saw the meat, drooled in their mouths, their stomachs grumbled, and they could not wait to grab the lamb and chew it.

When he had finished eating, Yuan Guozi, who was hiding aside, came to the riverbank and pretended to look east and west, while Lu Xixi said:

"There's a vicious dog in this place, it's very annoying, I bought arsenic and put it in the lamb, it seems that this guy has eaten it, and I'm counting it as a harm today."

The villagers were frightened, admitted that they had eaten it themselves, and pleaded with Yuan Guozi to rescue them.

Yuan Guozi pretended to be surprised and said, "I poisoned a dog, and I didn't want to poison people, you are doing your own evil and can't live, but it's not my sin!" ”

The countrymen pleaded incessantly and wept so much that they wept. Yuan Guozi pointed to the feces he had picked and said:

"If you eat this quickly, you may be able to solve the arsenic poison."

The villagers were afraid of death, and there was no way to "follow it, vomit, and commission", and listened to Yuan Guozi's advice, and they vomited wildly, so that they were physically and mentally exhausted.
