Gao Fei and his party visited the site of public welfare use of civil defense projects in Lane 453, Zhijiang West Road. After the completion of the reconstruction, the underground non-motorized vehicle garage has realized unmanned management and standardized charging of battery cars, which has solved the problem of non-motorized parking difficulties for residents. At the district civil air defense basic command post, Gao Fei learned in detail about the construction of civil defense command communication and emergency support systems and related work.

Gao Fei pointed out that civil defense work is an important part of national defense construction and an important part of economic and social development and people's livelihood services, and it is necessary to actively perform the duties and missions of "wartime air defense, peacetime service, and emergency support" and solidly promote the civil defense work in the whole region.
