Rejoice and welcome New Year's Day
New Year's Day, commonly known as the "New Year" in most countries around the world, is the first day of the new year in the Gregorian calendar. Yuan, which means "first"; Dan, means "day"; "New Year's Day" means "first day". The word "New Year's Day" first appeared in the Book of Jin: "Emperor Zhao took the first month of Mengxia as the yuan, but in fact, the spring of the New Year's Day of Zhengshuo". In ancient China, the first day of the month such as waxing moon and October was New Year's Day, the first day of January in the lunar calendar from Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and January 1 of the Gregorian calendar from the Republic of China.
Counting nine cold days, people's hearts are warm, and the songs and laughter are full of affection. On the New Year's Day festival celebrated in Putian, the father of Li Mengyao, director of the Parent Committee of TangQianlou Primary School, purchased school bags, pens, books and other items to bring warmth to 10 students from poor families in our school.
Li Mengyao's father is an enthusiastic person, as the director of the parent committee, he often leads by example, actively participates in and cooperates with the school to complete various affairs, and is deeply admired by teachers and loved by students. This time, Li Mengyao's father personally purchased New Year gifts and gave them to the children who needed them most on such a special day, expressing his most sincere wishes!
The children were overjoyed to receive Uncle Lee's New Year's gifts and saluted and thanked them. Uncle Li also urged the children to study hard, grow up to be talented, and repay the society with practical actions.
Boundless love, heart has a heart, thank Li Mengyao's father for letting the children feel the warmth of spring in winter, and also wish Li's father a happy new year and good luck!
