President Xi Jinping also emphasized the four unswerving and rich connotations, expressing the firm confidence and determination of China and the world to move forward hand in hand.

China has always spoken with action. Last night, at the same time as President Xi Jinping delivered his keynote speech, Khalid, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt, and Liao Liqiang, Chinese Ambassador to Egypt, held a handover ceremony for a new batch of 2 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines aided by China to Egypt at the Egyptian Ministry of Health. With China's help, Egypt has now locally produced and filled 17 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines, which has become the most important source of vaccines in Egypt today. After the new crown vaccine was launched in many countries around the world, only China provided the vaccine to Egypt for the first time, which reflects the deep relationship between the two countries. At a time when COVID-19 is raging, many Egyptians have been vaccinated against China, and the Egyptian government and the Egyptian people have full confidence in China's vaccines and Chinese scientists. Moreover, the vaccines produced by Egypt and China can not only meet the demand for vaccines in Egypt, but also export to other countries in Africa, and china and Egypt are discussing further cooperation to expand vaccine production capacity. This year coincides with the 20th anniversary of China's accession to the WTO, and President Xi Jinping said in his speech that in the past 20 years, China has continuously expanded its opening up, activated the surging spring tide of China's development, and also activated a pool of spring water in the world economy. The CIIE itself is a major measure for China to expand opening up, and it is also an important platform for China to practice its commitment to opening up.
