Yada Yangxian Xishan Town Center Block (hereinafter referred to as "Block") is located in the national tourist resort - Yixing Yangxian Eco-tourism Resort, which is surrounded by mountains and rivers, beautiful scenery, known as the "source of Taihu Lake".
The total area of the block is about 100,000 square meters, the construction area is about 50,000 square meters, and the north-south tour line is about 1,000 meters long, which is the tourist distribution center of Yangxian Eco-tourism Resort. With aesthetic experience scenes and rich tour content, the neighborhood creates a cultural and tourism block integrating "eating, living, traveling, shopping, entertainment, business, raising, learning and leisure"; with exquisite architectural landscape, reasonable business distribution and high-quality operating institutions, it has built a slow-enjoy cultural and commercial block and a beautiful tourist destination that is "suitable for travel, appreciation, play, purchase and livability".
The neighborhood takes inheritance and renewal as the two major grasps, breaks the sense of historical heaviness and distance, relies on the power of culture, digs deep into the regional context, innovates the tourism model, enriches the tourism form of Yixing, creates a display, exchange and interaction platform for Yixing culture, combines the tourism industry with the local cultural experience of Yixing, and revives the life circle of Jiangnan culture. The project has been rated as a major project in Jiangsu Province (2018) and a key tourism project in Jiangsu Province (2019).
