The world of not lying is simpler

Chatting with a colleague today, I heard an interesting story.

There is a boss, a technical backbone, the original business is doing well. But he was delusional about being an industry website and the leader of his industry.

Why delusional?

In fact, it is a good thing to have such a dream, but he does not spend energy to investigate what kind of good industry websites are like? What should a good industry website have? What should I do to do a good job of industry website? This boss didn't act at all.

The slogan was sung for 10 years, and his employees listened to it for 10 years. Employees go from initial half-belief to current ignorance. Seeing that the original start-up of the enterprise, has now developed into a big, and his business status is that the business a year is less than 10 singles, the salary can not be paid on time, and often upside down the funds in the company's business, employees go to work every day is the monk banging the bell generally mixed days.

When we were children, we heard stories of wolves coming, and the sheep herders first teased people with "wolves are coming", and when the wolf actually came, no one believed him anymore. Simple and easy to understand stories, stories that even children know, are staged every day in the adult world.

Complex society, complex people's hearts, so that the original simple people always become unconsciously complicated. For people today, following their hearts, telling the truth, and doing practical things is already a precious thing.

Is it really that hard?

Don't lie, don't tell, because it's too strenuous. A lie will use 5, 10 or even more lies to round out that lie. Over time, even we don't know which words are true and which are false. We should focus on what we love; on how to improve ourselves, how to improve ourselves, not on these useless places.
