A tribute to the classics
There is such a kind of work that we don't often see on TELEVISION, but the image they create is no stranger to us, and tonight at 19:30 we invite you to enter the Echo Theater and see the moving songs left by those classic plays.
The first classic play we tell is the national opera "The White-Haired Girl", which is the first opera in China, which was created by the Yan'an Lu Xun Art Institute in the New Yangge Movement after Comrade Mao Zedong's speech at the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum, and is also the first milestone in the history of national opera. The story begins in Chinese New Year's Eve 1934, Yang Gezhuang, a county in Hebei Province, Xi'er is looking forward to his father Yang Bailao returning home early, dodging the rent debt of the landlord Huang Shiren, and having a good reunion year. Wan Shanhong, who has played Xi'er for more than 30 years, told the story of her mentor Guo Lanying's words and deeds at the scene.
In another version of "The White-Haired Girl", Mu Renzhi was played by film and television actor Li Ming, whose first voice was on the stage of the National Centre for the Performing Arts and was unanimously recognized by the industry, and these must be from the famous performance artist Wang Kun. Can the two disciples collide with each other at the scene to create a new spark? Let's wait and see.
The show scene also came a 9-year-old small actor Peng Chuya, she once played Wang Aunt in the "small drama bone "White Haired Girl", came to "Echo Loud" is to realize her "Xi'er" dream, although the age is not big, but with the old drama bone Li Ming, Wan Shanhong against the play is not afraid of the stage, the character is quite in place, got the praise of the old drama bone, but also won the promise of Wan Shanhong to teach her to sing after 10 years.
The second classic play is the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Political Department literary opera "Sister Jiang", in which the beautiful melodic singing section, the magnificent live symphony, and the vivid and realistic stage props create a very shocking artistic audio-visual effect, composing "the most classic revolutionary romantic heroic epic in the history of Chinese opera".
The second generation of Jiang sister Sun Shaolan and the fifth generation of Jiang sisters Wang Li and Qu Dan jointly talked about how to learn From Sister Jiang, be Sister Jiang, play Sister Jiang, and sing Sister Jiang, and even more commonly recalled the many touches brought to them by Yan Su, the screenwriter of "Sister Jiang". Mr. Yan Yu, the son of Teacher Yan Su, also came to the scene and told the story of his optimistic and cheerful father in life.
The last classic play is the large-scale musical and dance epic "Dongfang Hong", created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the general director is Premier Zhou Enlai. More than 3,700 music and dance workers, poets, composers, stage artists, as well as workers, students, and amateur choirs of the Young Pioneers from more than 70 units in Beijing, Shanghai, and the People's Liberation Army of Chinese, successfully created this revolutionary epic with full revolutionary enthusiasm.
In the play, the singer Deng Yuhua, who sang "Deep Friendship", and Li Guangxi, the singer who sang "Songhua River", came to the scene, they recalled the past 54 years ago, and they can still clearly remember many details...
On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of premier Zhou Enlai's birth, we also had the honor of inviting Premier Zhou's youngest niece, Ms. Zhou Bingjian, and my niece and son-in-law, Mr. La Su Rong, two teachers who are not only premier Zhou's family, but also loyal viewers of "Dongfang Hong". At the scene, they told the unchanging inheritance of family style and the continued feelings of home and country, and what kind of significance "Dongfang Hong" has in their hearts.
Classic melodies are always the witness of history, they have experienced the precipitation of time and sung a handsome wind bone. Loud echoes are the hope of the future, and they show the determination of future generations to play the music of the new era.
